It’s time to embrace my curves and stand up to my hips which make me a woman. In my eyes, especially in this post you can see how my body developed and you know what? I’m proud of it. This is who I am. Laura May
Now before I start chatting along and sharing my thoughts, here are quickly just a few details to my outfit – enjoy 🙂
Top and Skirt – Top Shop
Shoes – Mint & Berries
Ring – Accessorrize
Although it’s „time“ to embrace myself, there have been way too many times which made me feel embarrassed and ashamed of what I looked like. Don’t ask me why I’m starting with this topic, as I’m not really sure myself. Maybe it’s because I keep on doubting myself and if or if I should not publish certain pictures of me. Which definitely was the case in the pictures on this post.
A while ago I’ve come to the realisation that having skinny little legs isn’t the goal of life. I mean I obviously knew, that the looks aren’t the most important, but let’s be honest here. We all want to look our very best. Always.
On these pictures I don’t and that’s perfectly fine. It was a fun afternoon with my friend Mara, we hung out (I unfortunately got a cold on this day so I wasn’t feeling 100% either) and in the evening I went out for dinner with some friends. I laughed and I enjoyed every minute of that day.
That’s the main goal we should all have in life – being happy!
